This does appear in the front end of our support software, but if any/many of you read this section,
then its worth updatng with the news of a longer-term fix for the current version of the database, or
rather a workaround for a problem caused by Microsoft (as always!)
If you have received an error when trying to link any photo into the database but then get an
error that basically says, it doesn't recognise the file type, then we now have a tested fix
for that issue.
Please raise a support ticket either directly from the website or by sending an email to -
firstname.lastname@example.org, letting me know you have the same problem and I will send you
a link to download a file that will fix this.
