How to renew

When it comes to renewing your subscription, we ask that this is done via our online shop.

The reason for asking that renewals are processed vai the online shop, is due to the banking regulations that we have to conform to (in order to protect your rights along with our own).

By using an online shop, entering your name in the form is the equivalent of your signature & is recognized as such by the banking industry.

Some users report have problems with the online shop, if you do please tell us where in the process you are having problems, as without this information we cannot look into the issue.

How to Renew

The renewal page will display the 3 subscription pacakages available.

After deciding which subscription package that you wish to renew using, select the renewal period for this package & click on this period so that it displays in the window.

This will change the price above the entry.

Click on the BUY button below the entry.

You will now be taken to the shopping cart. This will display all of your purchases for this order.

Any discount will be applied by Ian prior to charging & will be shown on your invoice which will be emailed to you after charging.

Click CheckOut

Please complete all details on the next page, Select Credit card from the Payment Method & enter your card details in the fields that appear.

Click Checkout, this will send us notification of your order for processing.

If any detail's are left blank which need to be completed you will be advised by an onscreen message.
